• Heat Loss/Heat Gain Calculation performed with Wrightsoft Corporation Software

• PDF of plans are required with dimensions shown on plans. Submit plans to plansubmission@hphvacdesignconsultation.com 

• Must fill out information forms provided by High Performance HVAC Design and Consultation (Information used for calculations such as Orientation of Structure, Insulation Values, Window Value, Etc.). This will be emailed after receipt of PDF plans.

Pricing (Based on 2500 Sq Ft or Less and Single System)

• $150 (Includes 30 Minutes of Information Clarifications. If additional time is required it will be at additional cost. Billed at $150 per hour. You will be notified when your 30 minutes has been used. Addtional time must be pre-purchased and can be purchased in 30 minute increments). Must be pre-paid before work begins on Manual J

• Additional Square Footage is $.15 per square foot (Example: If your house is 3000 Square Ft. You would take the additional 500 Square Feet and Multiply by .15 and end up with and additional $75.00 Owed)

• Normal Lead time 5-10 Working Days. If lead times are longer you will be notified by email. If needed sooner a rush charge will be added. (Be advised in some cases rush may not be available)
